These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Parking Wala website and booking service ("the Service"). By creating an account, booking a spot, or listing a space through Parking Wala, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old and hold a valid driving licence to book a vehicle parking spot. Space owners must have the legal right to list the property or space offered on the platform.
Owners are responsible for the accuracy of listing details, including dimensions, access hours, and surface type. Parking Wala verifies listings before publishing but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of any specific space. Payouts to owners are processed on a monthly cycle, subject to verification of completed bookings.
Parking Wala facilitates bookings between drivers and space owners but does not itself operate every listed facility. Where a listing is owner-managed, the owner is responsible for reasonable site safety. Parking Wala-operated valet and managed lots carry insurance cover as described at the time of booking; always retain your permit or token, as it may be required to reclaim your vehicle.
All fees are shown inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed through third-party payment gateways; Parking Wala does not store full card details on its own servers.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by submitting false listings, booking spots with no intention of using them, or attempting to circumvent booking fees through off-platform arrangements initiated via the Service.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the website or by email before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
